Prince Edward Island immigration

Like other areas of the country, Canada’s smallest province needs to recruit suitably qualified foreign workers to help grow its economy. Though long-term immigration is possible through the federal skilled worker program, Canada’s Provincial Nominee Program can offer a fast-track route to a Canadian work visa for people with the right skills.

The Provincial Nominee Program for Prince Edward Island

The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) was established to allow the province to nominate individuals to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC). As with other territories, these are people who are judged able to make a positive contribution to the economy and society.
